San Luis Obispo County Bicycle Coalition

Adam joined the staff in 2004. He is responsible for managing the organization and leads the coalition’s advocacy efforts at the local, state, and federal levels. Fond of fenders, upright handle bars and chain guards, Adam believes that you can bike practically and still look classy. He looks forward to the day when the Railroad Safety Trail extends from Cal Poly all the way to the tip of South America.

Adam is a graduate of UCLA and before coming to the coalition he earned a master’s degree as a Fulbright fellow to the Netherlands where he studied government and policy at the University of Groningen.

In his spare time Adam enjoys travel with his wife Amy, cooking, watching old movies, and playing soccer.
